The weight of the zinc-coating is around 220g comply with GB510018-2002 and refer to ASTM A 653/A653M. The steel panel thickness should comply with GB-T/2518-2008.
The model of the galv. Stl. Panel is DX51D+Z. We cut, punch, bend and weld the galv. stl. Panels to make transom, mullions and have a complete frame. At each frame, we should weld reinforcement for closer, lock, hinges, sequence selector, bolts and all the specifications for hardware preparation should comply with ANSI/DHI A115 series. The reinforcements also comply with GB12955-2008 and UL10B standard for fire tests of door assemblies. At each spot of welding, we should polish it before painting.
We use painting pipeline to do powder coating or primer finish which comply with GB/T 15607-1995 and refer to ANSI A 250.3. The usual coating thickness is 70~120mu, the lifetime is over ten years in the open air.
