Wooden Fireproof Doors

GB fireproof wooden door implement China standard GB12955-2008. Technique information: wooden fire door is composed of fire frame, fire door leaf and fireproof hardware system. The door frame is made of lauan plywood veneer+ fire resistant board + pine solid wood. The door leaf is made of Lauan plywood veneer +fireproof compound core.


The hardware preparation should be finished according to the hardware samples in the workshop before delivery.
Product applicability :
It mainly used for firewall openings of fire partition, stairs, escape rout, tube Wells and so on. Normally it's used at passage, in the event of a fire, can prevent fire spreading and smoke flowing.
Class A insulation fire door has a, b, c three levels. The fire and thermal insulation divides into 30min,60min and 90min respectively. Code-named A0.5, A1.0, A1.5.
Wooden fire door is suitable for indoor, has higher flexibility panel decoration, according to the national fire product conformity assessment center in November 2013 files, wooden fire door all needs to use flat door, door leaf surface does not allow the supplementary pattern. The door surface wood veneer can choose a variety of decorative wood veneer or do all kinds of oil paint.
As per the newest GB12955-2008 requirement, the specification has been adjusted.  The single biggest wooden fire door frame size ≤1000 * 2300 mm, The double wooden fire door maximum frame size≤ 2100 * 2300 mm.
